Less intrusive new build announcement for MMDC
I seriously appreciate the pace of development of MMDC, but I wonder if you could have an announcement of new builds/updates that was integrated into MMDC itself rather than the web popup? The reason: I use a number of keyboard shortcuts and scripts that bring text into and out of MMDC and some of them get stymied by the popping up of the web page, either by the browser coming to the front and/or the delay in the start of MMDC that comes along with it. I assume this wouldn't happen if the notice were done within MMDC itself.

It would seem that opening a new window (inside the app or outside) would also affect this sort of workflow, no?
You can turn off the announcements feature in the preferences, and then either check manually from the preferences, or follow the @MMDSoftware twitter feed if you want to get the latest builds without waiting on the App Store process.
"Never say never", but this feature would be quite low down on my priority list compared to other things.

I don't know, but that option for turning announcements off, which I hadn't noticed before, is perfect!
