I read your mmd gallery a moment ago to read about the letter and envelope. I discovered that there's a metadata `Use XeLaTeX: true` to use XeLaTeX. However I haven't seen it in the [MMD Users Guide](http://fletcher.github.io/MultiMarkdown-5/MMD_Users_Guide.html).

So are there other hidden features? And could you mention it briefly in the MMD Users Guide? Thanks.
