restore first-column-as-header convention?
Back in MMD 2, you experimented with a table feature documented as:
- If there is no header for the first column, then cells in that column will be treated as headers, and formatted as such.
I loved that feature, was wondering why it got pulled, and whether it might ever come back?

Wow -- that was a long time ago.... ;)
I can look into it and see about bringing it back.
