In the script in MMD2PDF, the first line can be changed to `export PATH="/usr/local/bin:/Library/TeX/texbin:$PATH"` to support the new location of LaTeX files because of El Capitan, according to https://tug.org/mactex/UpdatingForElCapitan.pdf

Thanks for sending. I haven't used LaTeX since upgrading to El Capitan,
but do see now that it is broken. Need to reinstall and test it all
out, then will include your suggestion in the next update.

    Thanks!

Hmmm... Once I properly installed MacTeX2015, I didn't need to update mmd2pdf for it to work.

In either case there's no harm in adding the new path and it will make the script more robust. It's in the latest commit, and will be in the next version release.

    Thanks!
