Code Indent function

Hi,

I hope I'm not missing a function that already exists, but I write a lot of MD where I include multi-line code blocks. The only way I can reliably get those to show as code seems to be to "4 space" or tab at the start of every line in the block which, for anything over a few lines, is a real pain. Is there - or can there be - a way to select a block of text and add a tab in front of every line automatically, i.e. to convert it all to code style?

Thanks!

Ack. I apologize - wrong site for one, and now I've also found Ctrl-Option Right-Arrow which seems to do exactly the same thing. Sorry about that - please close ;)

Ctrl-Command Arrow, sorry. And the ``` blocks which for some reason didn't work for me before but work perfectly now. I suck, and MMD Composer continues to rock :)
