Merge multiple documents
Hi
Is it possible to merge more than one mmd document into one LaTeX/PDF file? I would like to have a document structure, where i have a document containing reference to each "chapter" of my document, and have them build into one document using mdd2pdf or similar.
I've looked through the documentation, and found a rederence to mdd_merge in v. 3.0, but couldn't find it in v. 4.5.
By the way, thanks for a great product!
