"You have logged x hours"
Long-time paid user here and couldn't be happier with MMD composer. Many times over quite a few jobs, I've had co-workers walk by, see me using MMDC and ask "Whoa, what is that?". Don't worry, I'm not here to ask for a referral fee :D I'm here to ask how to disable the occasional "You have logged X hours using MultiMarkdown Composer" pop-up. I am embarrassed to say that I cannot find the option!

My apologies -- I thought I had replied to this, but never did and found it in my inbox that I am trying to clear up...
There is not an option to remove this (at least not yet).
On the up-side(?) it pops up in logarithmic increments (1 hour, 10 hrs, 100 hrs, 1000 hrs, and every 1000 hrs thereafter). It only counts time that the app is in the foreground, so these alerts are very rare. (I basically only see them when I delete the preferences in testing situations.)
