URL Hyperlinks in the preview pane should open externally

Currently, clicking URL hyperlinks in the preview pane, causes the preview pane to open the link as a web browser in the preview pane. Worse, there's no back button. The only way to get the preview back is to hide & re-show the preview pane. URL links should open in the user's default browser.

    This is changed in the 2.1 beta.
