I'm not exactly linking directly to the heading, but rather
creating my own heading link to abbreviate it. Attached is an
example I'm sure you'll understand better than my words. The html
file names correspond to the version of mmd used to create them and

manually. Otherwise, it will be included in the next installer
(whenever I release that).</p>
