Alignment shifting as I type

I am having an issue where the main view (not the preview) shifts around the text after each character (or nearly every one) I type (definition of 'shifting' below). This happen even when I am adding text to an already created item in a bulleted list (i.e. not when you first add an item and there is just '* '). My document consists of a number of lists (a mix of bulleted and numbered) separated by headers.

In terms of what moves, the indentation changes so that the additional lines of any long list items are lined up with the item's indentation/level, then not, then lined up again, etc. This happens with some but not all items in the list (many are long texts that go to a new line or further), and which items are correctly indented varies after each character shift in indentation.

I am wondering what syntax issues on my part could cause such an issue. I have been playing around with deleting various parts of the document (various parts of various lists), but I cannot figure out which part is key. Any ideas on where to look for issues? I can attach the document if I can make the discussion private (or I can send it).

    Shane,

    Sorry you're having trouble.

    1) I'll definitely need a copy of the file so I can take a look at where the conflict is. If I can't replicate the issue with your file, I might need to get more clarification as to exactly what you're doing at the time.

    2) You sent this to the MultiMarkdown site (fletcherpenney.net) rather than the Composer site (multimarkdown.com). The Composer support site does allow private discussions to make it easier to attach documents.

Once I get the file, I'll take a look for a solution.

    Thanks for writing,

    F-

Thanks for the quick response. I'll transfer this discussion over to the Composer website, since it's the more appropriate site (this isn't about Multimarkdown in general) and will allow me to do a private discussion.
